Passionate. Energetic. Motivating. These are the words people often use to describe me. As a former DIII field hockey player and coach, I understand the unique challenges that high achievers face - the constant pressure to perform, the struggle to find balance and the elusive search for authentic self-connection.
My journey from athletics to mental health counseling has given me a profound appreciation for how we can harness our drive while still creating space to breathe and connect with ourselves. Each week in our sessions, I’m committed to helping you feel a little more grounded and a little more like your true self.
I integrate evidence-based techniques including CBT, solution focused strategies and motivational interviewing to create a therapy experience that is:

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me at a HIIT class, finding my center in yoga or pilates, lost in the pages of a good book, soaking up the sun at the beach (most likely in Florida or Avalon, NJ), or unwinding with my guilty pleasure - Real Housewives.
