The first session is for us to get to know one another. We will explore what brings you to therapy, review your background (social life, family, academics, employment, etc), set goals and discuss scheduling.

Both! Although the preference is to meet in person, I am flexible and understand that we may need to switch to virtual (weather related, scheduling conflicts, etc.).

Here at FCC, I work with individuals ages 16 and up.

These sessions are held once a week (during warmer months) at a local park where we will literally, walk and talk! There is an additional consent form to complete prior to beginning these sessions. LMK if this is something you are interested in!

Sessions are booked for 50 minutes, however 90 minute sessions are available once deemed appropriate

FCC does not take insurance at this time. However, we can provide a “Superbill” if you receive reimbursement for out of network counseling. This is something that you are responsible for looking into.
