A form of therapy conducted outdoors while the therapist and client walk together, rather than sitting in a traditional office setting

being side by side often makes it easier to discuss difficult topics (you’ve probably had deep conversations with someone in the car - think that!)
being in nature adds a calming effect
integrates movement into mental health which is especially helpful for those struggling with depression and anxiety

A 30-minute virtual intake is held prior to meeting in person.
We confirm mutual fit and the first walk and talk session is scheduled

Same as in office/virtual sessions - 50 minutes and only offered in the morning.

Walk and Talk sessions will mostly take place in Newtown, PA., however I may add additional locations as interest continues! I’ll share the specific details on our 30 minute virtual intake.

Of course! It is important for us to be flexible, we may even have to switch to virtual due to weather.
